After graduating with distinction from Saint Francis Xavier University, obtaining her BA in Psychology and Sociology, Sarah returned to her native Calgary where she furthered her education in the area of Human Resources. Following her experience in the securities industry, Sarah began her career in recruitment and realized her passion for matching employers with skilled professionals.

After completing a BA in Sociology from the University of Western Ontario, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Media Marketing and Sales from Loyalist College, Chris relocated to Calgary where he began his career in recruitment. His first experience as a recruiter mainly consisted of temporary staffing, after which he moved on to specialize in permanent placements for mid to senior level professionals. In his 5 years of recruitment, Chris has placed people in a wide range of roles, as well as managed a local branch for a national search firm.
